Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are a flat rate charge, and Frontline Peptides happily absorbs part of the extra shipping costs.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Frontline Peptides is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider. However, if you experience any issues, feel free to contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents so we can review and assist accordingly.
