Due to the sensitive nature of our research products, all sales are absolutely final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been processed.

Our products are intended strictly for Research Use Only (RUO), and maintaining strict handling, storage, and quality control standards is critical. Because we cannot verify how products are stored or handled after they leave our facility, we are unable to accept any returned items for any reason, nor will we ever ship a product to you that has been returned.
