What Is GLOW?
GLOW is a multi-peptide research blend formulated with three independently studied compounds: BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu. It is designed for use in controlled laboratory environments where researchers are evaluating how multiple peptide signaling pathways interact simultaneously.
Each component of GLOW has its own established preclinical research profile, and together they are studied for their coordinated effects on cellular communication, structural signaling, and copper-dependent biological activity.
What's Inside GLOW?
BPC-157
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide commonly studied for its interaction with angiogenic signaling, fibroblast activity, and cellular migration behavior. Preclinical research has examined its role in vascular signaling and localized tissue-response communication pathways.
TB-500
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide fragment associated with thymosin beta-4 research. It is commonly utilized in laboratory environments examining cellular movement, actin regulation, tissue remodeling pathways, and systemic repair-related signaling behavior.
GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide complex widely studied for its interaction with collagen synthesis signaling, extracellular matrix communication, fibroblast activation pathways, and tissue-structure support mechanisms. Research models frequently evaluate GHK-Cu in studies involving skin-related signaling and regenerative communication pathways.
Key Research Areas for GLOW
- Cellular communication pathway analysis
- Structural and molecular signaling research
- Copper peptide signaling activity (GHK-Cu)
- Regulatory biological response observation
- Coordinated multi-peptide interaction pathway evaluation
All findings referenced here are from preclinical or in vitro research. GLOW is not approved for therapeutic use in humans or animals.
Reconstitution Guide
GLOW is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder blend and must be reconstituted prior to research use. Use bacteriostatic water (BW) for reconstitution to maintain solution stability.
- Allow the vial to reach room temperature before handling.
- Draw the appropriate volume of bacteriostatic water into a U-100 insulin syringe or research-grade syringe.
- Inject the water slowly along the inner wall of the vial — avoid injecting directly onto the powder.
- Gently swirl until fully dissolved. The solution should be clear and colorless.
- Label the vial with the reconstitution date and concentration.
Storage Best Practices
- Lyophilized: Store at -20°C in a sealed, desiccated environment.
- Reconstituted: Refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 28–30 days. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
- Light: Keep away from direct light exposure.
- Sterility: Use sterile technique every time you draw from the vial.
